Ideally Heat Exchanger is a device built for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another. The media may be separated by a solid wall, so that they never mix, or they may be in direct contact. They are widely used in space heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, power plants, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, petroleum refineries, natural gas processing, and sewage treatment. One common example of a heat exchanger is the radiator in a car, in which the heat source, being a hot engine-cooling fluid, water, transfers heat to air flowing through the radiator (i.e. the heat transfer medium).
We are fabricating high quality stainless heat exchangers which are in compliance with SS304 or SS316. These stainless heat exchangers are manufactured with TIG welding and mirror or dull buffing finish. These heat changers are highly corrosive in nature and other special applications.
We manufacture a full range of Heat Exchanger that is comprehensively used for the efficient heat transfer from one fluid to another. Classified on the basis of their flow arrangements, heat exchanger are specially designed to maximize the surface area of the wall between the two fluids and minimizes resistance to fluid flow through the exchanger. Available in various forms and types, heat exchanger finds various applications.
Our range of heat exchanger are shell heat exchanger and tube type heat exchangers that are designed and fabricated to meet the varied requirements of diverse industries. These are made from superior quality raw material such as SS 304, SS 316 and SS 316L grades of stainless steel and are exhaustively used in chemicals, pharmaceutical, food and dairy industries.
We design and manufacture shell heat exchangers, tube heat exchangers which consist of a series of tubes, through which one of the fluids runs. The second fluid runs over the tubes to be heated or cooled. The tubes can be arranged as per clients’ requirements.
